[Dow Jones] Exelon (EXC) can sweeten bid for NRG Energy (NRG) one more time, RBC Capital Markets says. EXC stated it made its final offer, but valuation supports higher bid, firm says. Sees EXC making higher offer after getting chance to do due diligence, but likely won't come until after July 21 annual meeting of NRG shareholders. "Given the value proposition NRG presents to EXC shareholders, we do not believe that EXC will easily walk away," RBC says.
