LONDRES (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'action Richemont a pris jusqu'à 5% lundi matin après des informations de presse sur une prise de participation de l'investisseur activiste Dan Loeb dans le groupe de luxe suisse.
Richemont a grimpé en Bourse après que le site d'information sur le luxe Miss Tweed a rapporté que Third Point, le fonds de Daniel Loeb, avait pris une participation dans le groupe. Selon Miss Tweed, Third Point et un autre fonds spéculatif non identifié demandent que Johann Rupert, le président de Richemont, prenne des mesures afin d'améliorer la performance boursière de la société.
Vers 11h20, l'action Richemont gagnait 2,2%, à 122,95 francs suisses.
