Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO) will host a live audio webcast at
www.altria.com on Thursday, July 17, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. ET to discuss
2003 second-quarter results, which will be issued at approximately
7:30 a.m. ET the same day.
