PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le groupe audiovisuel M6 a annoncé mercredi être entré en négociations exclusives avec la société Passat SA, en vue de lui céder sa filiale Best of TV, détenue à 51%.
"Best of TV (importateur/grossiste) propose, en grande distribution, différents produits de niche dont ceux exclusifs du téléachat. Ceux-ci sont généralement accompagnés, en magasin, d'une mise en avant moderne et attractive avec un film de démonstration", a indiqué M6 dans un communiqué.
"Par cette cession, M6 poursuit la rotation de son portefeuille de diversifications, dont le développement s'appuie notamment sur la puissance des antennes du groupe", a-t-il indiqué.
