PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'armateur français CMA CGM a franchi en hausse le seuil de 10% du capital du groupe de médias M6 et détient 10,25% de la société, selon une déclaration à l'Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
Ce franchissement de seuil résulte d'une acquisition d'actions M6 sur le marché.
CMA CGM avait dévoilé une participation de plus de 5% dans le groupe de médias en décembre dernier. Son président-directeur général, Rodolphe Saadé, a été coopté en février au conseil de surveillance de M6.
CMA CGM a déclaré soutenir la stratégie de M6 et ne pas avoir l'intention de prendre le contrôle de la société, a précisé l'AMF mercredi. Le groupe envisage de poursuivre ses achats de titres en fonction des conditions de marché
