PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le titre Lectra perd 6,7% à 28,70 euros, alors que le spécialiste de la découpe de matériaux souples a annoncé l'acquisition de 50,3% du capital de Launchmetrics pour 85 millions de dollars. Lectra prévoit d'acquérir le solde du capital entre 2025 et 2030 pour un prix total de la transaction compris entre 200 millions et 240 millions de dollars. A fin septembre, Lectra affichait une trésorerie nette de 12,5 millions d'euros, souligne Invest Securities. Selon l'intermédiaire financier, cette transaction permettra à Lectra d'accroître significativement son chiffre d'affaires dans les logiciels et le SaaS ("Software as a Service", ou logiciel en tant que service), qui représentaient respectivement 18% et 4% des revenus en 2022.
