(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor Plus) - Milano, 11 set - I mercati finali di Legrand hanno una maggiore probabilità di ridursi nel 2024, in particolare quello residenziale e non residenziale in Europa e quello commerciale leggero negli Stati Uniti, affermano gli analisti di Citi in una nota in cui abbassano il rating a sell e il prezzo obiettivo a EUR82.
"Sebbene vediamo sacche di crescita, soprattutto nei data center, e ci aspettiamo che le ristrutturazioni siano meno cicliche rispetto alle nuove costruzioni, vediamo una crescita organica modestamente negativa di [circa] il 2% nel 2024", affermano da Citi.
In Europa, il settore residenziale non ha ancora dato segni di svolta, soprattutto nei Paesi del Nord Europa, e rappresenta quasi il 45% delle vendite europee di Legrand, affermano gli analisti. (pierre.bertrand@wsj.com)
