Kiln plc ("the Company")
Holding in Company
The Company has today been notified pursuant to Section 198 of the Companies Act
1985 (the "Act") that following the conversion of unit trusts to ICVCs AMVESCAP
PLC cease to be interested within the meaning of Sections 203 to 208 of the Act
in a total of 26,383,152 Ordinary shares.
Following to the conversion referred to above AMVESCAP PLC no longer had a
notifiable interest (within the meaning of Section 199(2) of the Act). Also,
further to the conversion, INVESCO Perpetual high Income Fund and INVESCO
Perpetual Income Fund no longer have a notifiable interest in the company.
Additional to the conversion INVESCO UK ICVC Series now has now acquired a
holding of 26,383,152 Ordinary shares (within the meaning of Section 199(2) of
the Act). These shares are held in the name of Vidacos nominees Limited and
represents 12.94 % of the company's issued share capital.
