Jacquet Metals (JCQ.FR) a déposé mercredi un projet d'offre publique d'échange visant les actions d'International Metal Service (IMS.FR), a indiqué l'Autorité des marchés financiers.
"La société Jacquet Metals s'engage irrévocablement à acquérir, par remise de 2 actions nouvelles Jacquet Metals à émettre pour 7 actions IMS présentées, la totalité des actions IMS non détenues par M.Eric Jacquet directement et indirectement, soit 12.063.999 actions représentant 66,81% du capital de la société", selon l'avis de l'AMF.
Eric Jacquet détient actuellement 33,19% du capital d'IMS, notamment par le biais des société JSA et Jacquet Metals, qu'il contrôle.
La cotation des actions Jacquet Metals et IMS est suspendue jusqu'à nouvel ordre, a précisé l'AMF. Au moment de leur suspension, ces titres cotaient respectivement 43,50 euros et 10,22 euros.
