PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'action Interparfums progresse de 4% mercredi, à 54,60 euros, après que le fabricant de parfums a annoncé la signature d'un accord de licence mondial et exclusif avec la marque Lacoste, pour une durée de 15 ans à effet au 1er janvier 2024. "Dans le cadre de cet accord, prévoyant un droit d'entrée de 90 millions d'euros, Interparfums assurera la création, le développement, la production et la commercialisation de l'ensemble des lignes de parfums et cosmétiques sous la marque Lacoste, en distribution sélective ainsi que dans le réseau des boutiques Lacoste", a indiqué Interparfums dans un communiqué.
