From May 2019 to May 2024
Un consorzio di istituti di credito formato da Credit Suisse, Mediobanca, Banca Akros, B.Imi, Ubi B., Unicredit, JpMorgan, Credit Agricole Cib, Ing, Bank of America, Caixa Bank, Raiffeisen, Societe Generale e Commerzbank sta collocando per conto di Enel un nuovo green bond atteso di taglio benchmark.
L'obbligazione - di tipo senior, non garantita e denominata in euro - prevede una durata di 6,5 anni e una maturità fissata al 21 luglio 2025, a fronte di un regolamento atteso per il prossimo 21 gennaio.
La nuova carta è destinata a investitori istituzionali e prevede un taglio minimo di 100.000 euro. Il corrispettivo raccolto servirà al gruppo per finanziare nuovi progetti green. Una volta emesso, il bond - che avrà gli stessi rating di Enel, vale a dire BBB+ per S&P e Fitch e Baa2 per Moody's - verrà quotato alla Borsa irlandese.
All'apertura del libro ordini, le prime indicazioni di prezzo sono comprese tra 155 e 160 punti base sul Midswap.
