                                Grant of Options


On 19 December 2003, Marcus Kneen, a director of IndigoVision Group plc ("the
Company"), was granted an option over 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each. The
options are exerciseable at any time between 3 and 10 years after the date of
grant at an exercise price of 36p per share. No amount is required to be paid in
respect of the grant of the option.

Following the admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
earlier this week, it confirms that it has now moved to half yearly reporting of
its financial results. Accordingly, the next results which will be released by
the Company will be the interim results for the six months ending 31 January
2004.
