Le géant de l'Internet Google Inc. (GOOG) a salué mardi la décision de la Cour de justice des communautés européennes, qui est favorable à son système de publicité AdWords.
La Cour européenne a confirmé que la législation européenne protégeant les sociétés de services Internet s'appliquait au système publicitaire AdWords de Google, qui permet aux annonceurs d'acheter des mots clés correspondant à des marques de leurs concurrents.
"C'est important car c'est là un principe fondamental qui sous-tend la libre circulation des informations sur Internet", a déclaré dans un communiqué Harjinder Obhi, conseiller juridique de Google.
