of a notification received from Amery Consulting Limited that it had acquired
2,132,676 ordinary shares in the Company.


Sam Invest Co Ltd advises that as from 5 May 2003 it has no holdings in Global
Natural Energy Plc, as all its holding of 2,132,676 shares has been transferred
to Amery Consulting Ltd of Tortola, BVI, a company with sole shareholder Dr
Vaiman Michael.
