La société d'investissement de l'homme d'affaires belge Albert Frère, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, a annoncé vendredi avoir réduit sa participation dans Total (FP.FR) en cédant 0,3% du capital du groupe pétrolier pour environ 360 millions d'euros.
Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, ou GBL, qui détient toujours 3,6% de Total, a précisé que son son investissement restait "une participation stratégique".
La cession de 8,2 millions d'actions Total a permis à GBL de réaliser une plus-value de 175 millions d'euros.
La participation toujours détenue est estimée à 3,8 milliards d'euros, a ajouté GBL.
L'action Total cède 1,1% en début de séance, à 43,85 euros.
