Belgian holding company Groupe Bruxelles Lambert SA (GBLB.BT) said it was selling up to 6.2 million shares of Pernod Ricard SA (PPDRY), representing a 2.3% stake, Reuters reported.
GBL will retain 7.5% of its stake in the wine and spirits company after the sale, Reuters said.
GBL agreed to a lock-up agreement for at least 90 calendar days for its remaining stake in Pernod Ricard, Reuters reported.
