                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


Fii Group Plc announces that, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held today,
the proposal to dispose of its Banbridge site in Northern Ireland was approved
by shareholders.  It is expected that the disposal will be completed by 30 April
2003.
