PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'opérateur satellitaire Eutelsat Communications a annoncé jeudi que son rapprochement avec le fournisseur britannique d'accès à Internet à haut débit OneWeb était désormais effectif, suite au feu vert donné par ses actionnaires réunis en assemblée générale ordinaire et extraordinaire.
Ce rapprochement donne naissance à Eutelsat Group, qui conservera son siège social et sa cotation à Paris. Le groupe a également déposé une demande d'admission à la Bourse de Londres.
La filiale OneWeb conservera quant à elle son centre opérationnel à Londres et opérera commercialement sous le nom d'Eutelsat OneWeb.
Eutelsat Group vise un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 2 milliards d'euros en 2027 et anticipe une croissance annuelle à deux chiffres de son excédent brut d'exploitation (Ebitda) ajusté sur le moyen-long terme.
