PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--S&P Global Ratings a abaissé lundi la note de crédit de l'opérateur satellitaire Eutelsat de "BBB-" à "B+", en l'assortissant d'une perspective stable. Cette décision vise à prendre en compte le rapprochement avec le fournisseur britannique d'accès à Internet à haut débit OneWeb. Si cette fusion devrait stimuler la capacité d'Eutelsat à enrayer la baisse de son chiffre d'affaires, l'agence d'évaluation financière souligne que l'important programme d'investissements prévu pour OneWeb devrait détériorer les paramètres de crédit du nouvel ensemble. S&P prévoit que le levier d'endettement - soit la dette nette rapportée à l'excédent brut d'exploitation (Ebitda) - atteigne un pic à 4,4 lors de l'exercice qui s'achèvera fin juin 2025.
