PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le titre Euroapi chute de 58% à 5,1 euros, après avoir été réservé à la baisse en début de séance. Le fabricant de principes actifs pharmaceutiques (API) a lancé lundi soir un avertissement sur ses résultats pour l'exercice 2023 et suspendu ses objectifs pour la période 2023-2026. L'ancienne filiale de Sanofi est pénalisée par des pressions sur les prix et des ventes qui s'annoncent plus faibles que prévu au quatrième trimestre. Pour faire face à ses difficultés, Euroapi a indiqué avoir engagé une revue stratégique "afin d'adapter son modèle opérationnel", dont elle communiquera au plus tard les conclusions le 29 février 2024, à l'occasion de la publication des résultats de l'année 2023.
