Finance Director Buys Datamonitor Shares
Datamonitor plc is pleased to confirm that Andrew Gilchrist, Finance Director,
has acquired 25,000 shares in the Company at 31p today. This follows the
announcement yesterday of Bernard Cragg, non-executive Chairman, acquiring
215,000 shares at a price of 29p.
These purchases follow the purchase last November of 1,387,000 shares in the
Company by the current management and the acquisition of 200,000 shares by
Geoffrey Cullinan, a non-executive Director of Datamonitor plc.
Commenting, Mike Danson, Chief Executive Officer said:
"I am delighted that both Andrew and Bernard have decided to invest in
Datamonitor as we embark on the next phase of development of the Company."
