Further Issue of Shares

                         DAWMED SYSTEMS PLC ("COMPANY")
                            FURTHER ISSUE OF SHARES


Pursuant to the irrevocable subscription arrangements announced at the time of
the Company's Admission to AIM in October 2002, the Company has issued a further
800,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each at a price of 25p per share to raise #200,000
of additional working capital.

The new Ordinary Shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing Ordinary Shares and will have the right to receive
all dividends and other distributions thereafter declared, made or paid in
respect of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares of 5p to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM
").  It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in
such Shares will commence on 17 April 2003.
