                                  Fund Raising


DawMed has agreed to issue a total of 2,400,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each
to institutional and other investors at a price of 22.5p per share, raising a
total of #540,000 (before expenses). The proceeds of the issue will be used for
the prime purpose of further expanding the marketing and sales of the new DawMed
"Clinic" bench-top washer disinfector and the support services department, but
also to provide additional working capital.


The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares
in issue and application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued as follows:
