PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Axa a annoncé jeudi la nomination de Scott Gunter au poste de directeur général de sa filiale Axa XL née du rachat de l'assureur-dommages américain XL Group en 2018, en lieu et place de Greg Hendrick, qui quitte l'assureur. Ces changements sont effectifs immédiatement.
Précédemment, Scott Gunter était vice-président senior de Chubb et président de sa division dommages entreprises en Amérique du Nord.
"Scott Gunter rejoindra le comité de direction d'Axa et rapportera à Thomas Buberl, directeur général d'Axa", a indiqué l'assureur dans un communiqué.
