PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--La foncière Covivio a annoncé mardi avoir placé 500 millions d'euros d'obligations vertes arrivant à échéance en juin 2032, assorties d'un coupon de 4,625%. "Le produit de l'émission est destiné à financer ou refinancer le portefeuille Green éligible tel que défini dans le cadre du Sustainable Bond Framework, y compris le refinancement des obligations vertes existantes", a indiqué le groupe, qui table sur un coût moyen de la dette inférieur à 2,5% d'ici à 2027.
