PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--La foncière Covivio a confirmé jeudi son objectif de rentabilité pour 2023, après avoir enregistré une hausse de ses revenus à périmètre constant sur les neuf premiers mois de l'année.
Les revenus part du groupe se sont élevés à 484,8 millions d'euros entre janvier et septembre, en progression de 3% à périmètre courant et de 6,9% à périmètre constant par rapport à la même période de 2022.
Dans son communiqué, Covivio a indiqué avoir bénéficié de la "forte reprise de l'activité hôtelière" et de la "croissance soutenue du résidentiel allemand".
Concernant 2023, Covivio a confirmé son objectif d'un résultat net récurrent (EPRA Earnings ajusté) de l'ordre de 420 millions d'euros. Cet indicateur avait atteint 430 millions d'euros en 2022.
