Cession par le groupe Casino du solde de sa participation dans Mercialys
Paris, le 4 avril 2022,
Dans la continuité de la cession de 6,5% du capital de Mercialys dans le cadre d’un total return swap (TRS) conclu le 21 février 2022 (et désormais dénoué), le groupe Casino a procédé ce jour à la cession du solde de sa participation dans Mercialys, soit 10,3% du capital, dans le cadre d’un nouveau TRS. A l’issue de cette opération, le groupe Casino ne détient plus aucun droit de vote dans Mercialys.
Le produit de cession au titre de cette opération s’élève à 86 millions d’euros.
