Application has been made for 1,285,888 new ordinary shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange 
pursuant to the exercise of 203,075 share options at 4.9 pence each and 
1,082,813 share options for #1 in aggregate.  The new shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, and trading is expected
to commence on 22 January 2004.
