PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--La foncière de galeries commerciales Carmila a annoncé jeudi la signature d'une promesse de vente avec Etixia portant sur le centre commercial Bay 1 situé à Torcy, dans l'est de l'Ile-de-France.
"Le prix de cession, de 35 millions d'euros droits inclus, est en ligne avec la valeur d'expertise", a indiqué la société dans un communiqué.
Cet actif, qui comporte 25 commerces, avait été acquis par Carmila en 2014.
La foncière prévoit de finaliser cette cession au deuxième semestre 2023.
