CARREFOUR RACHETE EN CHINE 3 PARTICIPATIONS MINORITAIRES
Carrefour a signé un accord pour racheter des participations minoritaires détenues par son partenaire PRESIDENT, basé à Taiwan, dans trois sociétés déjà contrôlées par Carrefour. Ainsi, Carrefour détiendra 100% du capital de sa société Guangzhou (contre 80% détenus auparavant), 100% de Tianjin Jiafu (contre 55% auparavant) et 65% de Chongqing (contre
55% auparavant). Les sociétés concernées opèrent respectivement 5, 2 et 7 hypermarchés en Chine continentale.Cette acquisition illustre la stratégie du groupe Carrefour de consolider sa présence dans les marchés de croissance où il occupe une position de leader. Carrefour opère en Chine depuis1995. En 2010, Carrefour a enregistré des ventes hors taxes de 4 029m d’€ au travers de ses182 hypermarchés.Relations Investisseurs :
