garantisce la tracciabilità della filiera produttiva per sostenere
l'utilizzo di materie prime nazionale, offrendo opportunità concrete di
crescita per le le filiere, i territori e le economie locali.
In una nota si legge che l'accordo, annunciato a settembre 2019 in
occasione del Salone Carrefour ed ora in fase di implementazione, nasce
con l'obiettivo di tracciare i prodotti alimentari lungo tutta la filiera
produttiva, sostenendone l'identità territoriale, lo sviluppo della
biodiversità e tutelando i diritti dei lavoratori.
