PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le groupe de spiritueux Rémy Cointreau a annoncé vendredi avoir cédé l'intégralité de ses titres dans la coentreprise Passoã SAS au groupe néerlandais Lucas Bols pour un montant de 71,3 millions d'euros.
Cette coentreprise avait été créée "par un accord conclu en décembre 2016 pour l'exploitation et la poursuite du développement des activités de la marque Passoã en France et à l'international", a rappelé Rémy Cointreau dans un communiqué. Cette coentreprise était contrôlé par Lucas Bols.
"Cette cession est cohérente avec la stratégie de Rémy Cointreau, qui vise à poursuivre la montée en gamme de son portefeuille de marques", a ajouté le groupe.
