PROPERTY ACQUISITION UPDATE
Further to the announcement made on 29 May 2003, Bolton Group (International)
Limited ("Bolton Group" or the "Company") announces that its wholly owned
subsidiary, Maberly International Limited ("Maberly"), has completed the
purchase of three of the seven properties contracted for a total consideration
of #140,000.
The properties, all of which are situated in China, have an aggregate annual
income of #11,200 and an annual yield of 8%.
Maberly has acquired these properties in place of the previously notified
subsidiary, Bluekirk Limited.
The Company also announces that Maberly has entered an agreement to acquire an
investment property situated in Beijing, China, for a total consideration of
#152,381. This property benefits from an annual income of #9,143 and an annual
yield of 6%.
