L'assureur néerlandais ASR Nederland (ASRNL.AE) gagne environ 3% vendredi, à 20,08 euros, pour son premier jour de cotation à la Bourse d'Amsterdam. L'Etat néerlandais a vendu une participation de 35% pour 19,50 euros par action, un prix qui se situe dans le bas de la fourchette indicative. Le prix d'introduction en Bourse valorise ASR à hauteur de 2,93 milliards d'euros, bien en deçà des 3,65 milliards d'euros que le gouvernement néerlandais a déboursés pour sa nationalisation en 2008. ASR appartenait auparavant au géant financier belgo-néerlandais Fortis, qui a failli s'effondrer au plus fort de la crise financière. Cette entrée en Bourse constitue la dernière étape du programme de cession des participations de l'Etat néerlandais dans les établissements financiers qu'il avait secourus.
