CLEVELAND, Sept. 16  /PRNewswire/ -- American Greetings Corporation (NYSE: AM) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share to be paid on October 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 5, 2009.
