Ultra Data to Announce New Video Processor System for Advanced
Codecs at Embedded Processor Forum
SAN JOSE, Calif., May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
What: Embedded system developers are invited to join Ultra Data at
Embedded Processor Forum for a presentation unveiling technical
details of its new UD3000 IP core for advanced video decode.
The UD3000 is a fully software programmable multiprocessor
built on Ultra Data's proprietary video processor technology
and the combination of an Altera Nios II processor core and
Stratix FPGA. Ultra Data will offer software for H.264, WMV9,
and MPEG-2 decode on the UD3000. After the presentation, Ultra
Data representatives will be on hand at Altera's exhibition
space to answer further questions.
