PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'équipementier ferroviaire Alstom perd 3,4% mardi matin à 48,55 euros après avoir annoncé la veille le rachat du pôle ferroviaire de Bombardier pour un montant de 5,8 milliards à 6,2 milliards d'euros. L'action Alstom efface ainsi la hausse de lundi lorsque le titre avait gagné 3,5% après que le groupe a confirmé discuté de ce rapprochement sans en donner, alors, les éléments financiers. Le titre Alstom pâtit également de la dégradation de JPMorgan Cazenove qui est passé de "surperformer" à "neutre", jugeant qu'une période d'incertitude s'ouvre désormais pour l'action.
