PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le spécialiste des gaz industriels Air Liquide a annoncé vendredi avoir vendu sa participation de 19% dans le capital du fournisseur de technologies de production d'hydrogène et de piles à combustible Hydrogenics à l'équipementier automobile américain Cummins, qui détient les 81% restants de la société.
Le montant de l'opération n'a pas été communiqué.
"Cette transaction illustre la stratégie d'Air Liquide de revue régulière de son portefeuille d'actifs", a précisé l'industriel français dans un communiqué.
