The Company received notification on 22 July 2003 from Unicorn Asset Management
Limited ("Unicorn") of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary
shares of 10p each ("Shares"):

The Company today received further notification from Eaglet that, following the
sale on 21 July 2003 of a further 550,000 Shares, Eaglet holds 19,550,832
Shares, representing approximately 12.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
