We wish to announce that the Company has been notified of the following dealings
by Principal Officers of the Company in the shares of the Company pursuant to
Paragraph 14.09 (a) of the KLSE Listing Requirements: -


1.     Notification on 11 July 2003 by Yin Yee Yuen:-
               
 a)    (i)     That he has disposed in the open market of the KLSE, 5,000 
               shares of 7.5 pence each in Tanjong representing 0.001% of the 
               issued share capital of Tanjong as at the date of the 
               transaction;
       (ii)    Date of transaction - 10 July 2003; and
       (iii)   Transaction price - RM10.30 per share of 7.5 pence each


2.     Notification on 14 July 2003 by Kwan Tat Thai :-


 a)    (i)     That he has disposed in the open market of the KLSE, 10,000 
               shares of 7.5 pence each in Tanjong representing 0.003% of the 
               issued share capital of Tanjong as at the date of the
               transaction;
       (ii)    Date of transaction - 9 July 2003; and
       (iii)   Transaction price - RM10.30 per share of 7.5 pence each.

b)     (i)     That he has disposed in the open market of the KLSE, 10,000 
               shares of 7.5 pence each in Tanjong representing 0.003% of the 
               issued share capital of Tanjong as at the date of the
               transaction;
       (ii)    Date of transaction - 10 July 2003; and
       (iii)   Transaction price - RM10.30 per share of 7.5 pence each.
