American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of Pyramid Oil Company

NEW YORK, Aug. 21  /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Pyramid Oil Company, under the trading symbol PDO.

Located in California, Pyramid is engaged in the business of exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas.
