Organic Potash Corporation Announces Extension of Previously Announced Private Placement Offering

Organic Potash Corporation (CNSX:OPC) ("OPC" or the "Corporation") announced
today that it is extending the closing date of its previously announced private
placement offering.


The private placement offering will now close on or before January 31st, 2014.
All proceeds from the offering will be used to expand & improve current
commercial production capacity at OPC's Tema Production Plant, working capital
for inventory and production purposes, and for general corporate purposes.
