Mercer International Decides Not to Proceed With Share Offering as a Result of Current Market Conditions

NEW YORK, June 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mercer International Inc. (Nasdaq: MERC; TSX: MRI.U) announced today that it has decided not to proceed with its previously announced public offering of its shares because of current market conditions.
