ATLANTA, Sept. 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Fidelity Bank announced it opened its 21st branch on September 25, 2006, at 1955 GA Highway 138 N, Suite 1200, Conyers, GA 30013.

Fidelity Bank President, H. Palmer Proctor, Jr., said, "This is the first of several branches planned for the East side.  Fidelity already has many customers in Rockdale County."  David Ridgway is the Branch Manager.  Other staff members are Yolanda Jackson, Semethia Miles, Renee Yerby, and Danielle Tobe.  The regional East side office is also located in the Conyers Branch, staffed by Regional Executive Hal Dally and Commercial Lender Brian Callaway.

The Grand Opening Celebration will be on Friday, October 13, 2006, with the ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. and festivities continuing until 4 p.m. Refreshments and snacks, including Fidelity's signature cookies, will be served throughout the day.  Lunch will be provided from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. by Los Charros Mexican Restaurant.  This branch complements Fidelity's SBA operation, headquartered in Conyers, and headed by Danny Preston.
