James Bay Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:JBR) ("James Bay" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that an application has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of the 3,723,925 warrants issued by the Corporation on July 24, 2008 (the "Warrants"). The Warrants were scheduled to expire on July 24, 2011 but will now expire on July 24, 2012. The Warrants were issued as part of the Company's initial public offering that was completed on July 24, 2008. For further information on the original issuance of the Warrants, please refer to the press release of the Company dated July 31, 2008 filed on SEDAR. Warrantholders are advised that replacement Warrant certificates will not be issued and that the original Warrant certificates must be presented to Equity Financial Trust Company, as warrant agent, in order to effect the exercise or transfer of such Warrants.
