Izodia Plc ("Izodia" or "the Company")

Cancellation of Listing

On 16 December 2002 it was announced that Izodia's shares had been suspended
from listing on the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's
market for listed securities pending clarification of the Company's financial
position. Such suspension has remained in place since that time. The Board of
Izodia today announces that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange
and the UK Listing Authority for the cancellation of trading in Izodia Shares on
the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities and the listing of
Izodia Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, respectively.
Such cancellation is expected to take place at 8:00am on 13 November 2003.
