Issue of new ordinary shares
Henderson Morley plc announces that the Board has, today, issued and allotted a
total of 19,957,143 new ordinary shares of 0.125 pence through a placing at 1.75
pence per share, raising #349,250 before expenses. A proportion of these shares
has been issued to institutional holders.
The proceeds of this placing will be used to fund additional working capital for
the Company.
Application has been made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM, and trading
in the new shares is expected to commence on Friday 26 September 2003.
