EarthRenew Grants Stock Options

”) (CSE: ERTH) has granted a total of 3,500,000 stock options to certain officers, directors, employees and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan. The stock options vest immediately and may be exercised to acquire an equal number of common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.11 per option for a period of five years from the date of grant.

EarthRenew transforms livestock waste into a high-performance organic fertilizer to be used by organic and traditional growers in Canada and the United States. Located on a 25,000 head cattle feedlot, our flagship Strathmore plant is capable of producing up to four megawatts (MW) per hour of low-cost electricity powered by a natural gas fired turbine.
