Dividend Announcement
Further to the announcement made today regarding our final results for the year
ended 31 December 2002, we wish to announce that a first and final dividend is
proposed for the year ended 31 December 2002 of 26.0p (2001: 26.0p) per share
which subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on the 25
October 2003 to members registered in the books of the Company at the close of
business on 20 September 2003.
