Earth Alive Announces an Additional Tranche of Its Non-Brokered Private Placement

Earth Alive Clean Technologies (CSE:EAC) ("Earth Alive") is pleased to announce
an additional tranche of its non-brokered private placement of up to 800,000
common shares of Earth Alive, for gross proceeds of $80,000. 


The proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital and
general corporate purposes. 


All securities issued in the private placement will be subject to a four month
hold period. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
